Clean Nutraceuticals is seeking a high-energy Influencer Marketing Manager to help scale their influencer marketing channel. The role involves managing influencer relationships, optimizing performance, and turning partnerships into a scalable revenue channel through creative and proactive strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Owning influencer channel performance (revenue, ROAS, CPA, profitability)
- Managing and optimizing a large network of influencers and affiliates
- Scaling top-performing creators and doubling down on winners
- Cutting or fixing underperforming partnerships quickly
- Recruiting and onboarding new influencers consistently to grow the pipeline
- Guiding creators on content that converts (UGC, hooks, offers, trends)
- Coordinating campaigns, product sends, and promotional pushes
- Testing new strategies, incentives, and content angles to improve performance
Requirements:
- 2–5+ years in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing
- Strong experience in e-commerce/DTC (supplements experience is a plus)
- Proven track record of driving revenue through influencer or affiliate channels
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and UGC that converts
- Comfortable working with performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV, etc.)
- Highly organized and able to manage a high volume of creators
