Figma is a company on a mission to make design accessible to all, and they are seeking a Growth Marketer, Scaled Success to enhance their customer support for self-serve and previously sales-owned customers. The role involves defining and building Figma’s scaled success approach, creating AI-enabled systems to drive growth, and collaborating with various teams to improve customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Define and build Figma’s scaled success approach for self-serve and unmanaged customers
- Design how product, lifecycle, support, and human touch work together across the customer journey
- Partner with Growth Product and Billing to improve self-serve experiences and drive expansion
- Run experiments across digital and human-touch channels to understand what drives impact
- Identify key growth levers (e.g., seat expansion, upgrades, add-ons) and turn them into scalable programs
- Drive alignment across Marketing, Product, Support, Sales-assist teams, Enterprise Customer Experience, and Data Science
Requirements:
- 8+ years in growth, lifecycle, monetization, or scaled customer success roles
- Experience building strategy and systems from scratch in a high-growth environment
- Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence without authority
- Deep analytical rigor, including experimentation and measurement
- Clear communication and executive presence
- Experience working across self-serve and sales-assisted segments
- Experience using AI or automation to scale programs
- Hands-on experience optimizing billing or monetization flows with Product
