Flexon Technologies is seeking a Physical Security Project Manager to oversee a multi-region, multi-site physical security initiative. The role involves coordinating program execution, ensuring operational feasibility, and maintaining alignment with technical standards across various regions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a global physical security program plan, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies across regions (NA, EMEA, APAC, LATAM)
- Support creation of a project team model vs. BAU operating model, clarifying roles, handoffs, and escalation paths
- Coordinate phased deployment strategies for existing and new customer locations
- Support regional vendor selection, participate in evaluations, and identify risks and gaps with current vendors
- Act as a central point of coordination between customer and third-party integrators
- Oversee deployment planning and execution for access control, video surveillance, and perimeter security systems
- Track progress across sites and regions, managing inter-dependencies and sequencing
- Serve as liaison among Security, Facilities, IT, HR, and Real Estate teams
- Coordinate alignment between physical security designs and enterprise network, HR systems, and construction schedules
- Provide regular status reporting on program progress, risks, and issues
- Support budget tracking, forecast updates, and cost control discussions
- Assist in establishing governance processes for decision making and change management
Requirements:
- 10+ years' experience in project management leadership and execution across networking infrastructure, security, cloud or virtual infrastructure, and process development
- 15+ years' experience as a Program Manager leading projects
- Expertise in managing multiple technology projects simultaneously
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams, and experience with MS Project and ServiceNow for scheduling
- Superior attention to detail, documentation, and follow-up skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to lead risk assessment and risk mitigation activities
- Ability to coordinate interactions between project team, client, and suppliers and coach other project managers
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred
