The company is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive growth within their SMB eCommerce business through product-led strategies and AI execution, focusing on optimizing customer journeys and leveraging data analysis for actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Define and optimize the SMB eCommerce growth funnel from activation through expansion and upgrade
- Design and execute rapid, structured experimentation programs across onboarding and lifecycle touchpoints
- Translate product usage data and behavioral signals into prioritized growth hypotheses
- Partner with Product and Analytics to strengthen the Product Qualified Lead (PQL) motion
- Analyze experiment results and funnel performance to generate actionable insights for investment
- Develop dashboards to track activation, conversion, expansion, and monetization impact
- Leverage AI-powered tools to improve personalization and workflow efficiency
- Manage cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, ensuring alignment and timely delivery
Requirements:
- End-to-End Experimentation Ownership: Proven evidence of owning a full program (prioritization, design, analysis, and iteration), not just running tests
- PLG & Monetization Expertise: Experience in self-serve SaaS models specifically focused on activation and expansion rather than just acquisition
- Data-Informed Action: Ability to move quickly and make decisions with imperfect or messy data; a strong bias toward action
- Analytical Proficiency: Experience with product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) and SQL/data-driven decision-making
- AI Fluency: Comfort using AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis, content, or workflow efficiency
- 5+ years of experience in growth or lifecycle marketing within SaaS or eCommerce environments
- Strong background in B2B SaaS, digital commerce, or subscription models
