Zoom Communications is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to own their channel marketing strategy and build partnerships with distributors and resellers. The role involves collaborating across teams to execute co-marketing plans and manage partner marketing budgets and performance reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Leading end-to-end partner marketing strategy by developing Go-To-Market and joint marketing plans with distributors, resellers, and channel partners
- Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns with marketing, product marketing, and channel teams to launch solutions and enable sales
- Collaborating cross-functionally to build strategic plans, negotiate partner commitments, and secure buy-in for key initiatives
- Managing partner marketing budgets and performance reporting by tracking spend to metrics and analyzing campaign effectiveness with partners and analytics teams
- Planning and executing partner and customer events including trade shows, field activities, and awareness-building initiatives
Requirements:
- Demonstrate 5+ years of channel marketing experience in high-tech or SaaS companies
- Communicate effectively through excellent written and verbal skills
- Build and foster strong relationships as a proven team player in collaborative environments
- Solve complex problems proactively while managing multiple priorities
- Manage budgets and tie marketing spend to measurable business outcomes
- Hold a BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience
