QuinStreet is a pioneer in powering decentralized online marketplaces that match consumers with brands. As a Product Manager, you will own critical parts of the user journey and drive improvements in conversion, engagement, and revenue through a data-driven approach.
Responsibilities:
- Drive experimentation across core product surfaces (form flow, offer pages, monetization experiences)
- Analyze user behavior and performance metrics (conversion rates, engagement, revenue per user) to identify opportunities
- Partner with Design to simplify and improve decision-making experiences for users
- Collaborate with Engineering to scope, build, and launch high-impact features
- Support expansion into new product verticals and monetization strategies
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in product management, analytics, consulting, or a related role
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data to inform decisions
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive projects from idea to execution
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Curiosity and interest in fintech, marketplaces, or growth-focused product work
