Senior Product Designer (Consumer)

Counsel Health is on a mission to multiply the world's healthcare capacity by building an AI-native medical group. They are seeking an experienced Consumer Product Designer to shape the end-to-end experience of their consumer product, focusing on how patients interact with AI-enabled care and setting visual and interaction standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of both patient & clinical needs
• Own the core experience of receiving care, from education and advice to prescriptions, labs and referrals
• Leverage cutting edge tools to quickly prototype and iterate on innovative 0→1 experiences
• Raise the bar for interaction craft across our mobile and web experiences
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, driving design decisions with data

Requirements:

• 5+ years of consumer-focused product design experience
• Strong skills in rapid prototyping and iterating new product experiences from scratch (0→1)
• Passion for craft and hold a high bar for visual design
• Demonstrated ability in working cross-functionally to inform and validate design decisions
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and working autonomously to take ownership of broad initiatives
• You have worked in early-stage startups or high-growth, dynamic environments
• You are integrating AI into your design processes in creative ways
• You are passionate about craft and hold a high bar for visual design
