Established Search is working with an innovative radiology technology platform seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to support its continued growth and market presence. The Marketing Manager will lead key marketing initiatives to drive growth, strengthen brand positioning, and support commercial objectives within the healthcare technology landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with revenue growth, product adoption, and market expansion
- Define clear, differentiated messaging and value propositions for radiology practices, imaging centres, and hospital systems
- Position the platform as a credible and innovative partner within the radiology space
- Create high-value content including: Case studies, Solution overviews, Webinars and educational materials, Sales enablement collateral
- Translate complex technical workflows into clear, compelling messaging for healthcare audiences
- Build and execute campaigns that drive qualified pipeline growth
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including content campaigns, webinars, and targeted outreach
- Implement lead tracking, reporting, and marketing analytics
- Plan and execute presence at key radiology and healthcare events, including: Messaging and positioning, Product demonstrations and booth strategy, Pre- and post-event campaigns, Supporting speaking opportunities for leadership
- Establish scalable marketing foundations to support long-term growth, including: Website strategy and digital presence, Marketing automation and CRM alignment, Campaign performance tracking and analytics, Sales enablement processes
Requirements:
- Experience in product marketing, growth marketing, and positioning within healthcare technology or SaaS environments
- Ability to develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with revenue growth, product adoption, and market expansion
- Experience in defining clear, differentiated messaging and value propositions for radiology practices, imaging centres, and hospital systems
- Experience in creating high-value content including case studies, solution overviews, webinars, and educational materials
- Ability to translate complex technical workflows into clear, compelling messaging for healthcare audiences
- Experience in building and executing campaigns that drive qualified pipeline growth
