Workday general finance - AMS

Role: Workday general finance - AMS.

Location: Houston, TX 

Description

• Provide AMS (Application Management Support) for Workday Finance modules

• Support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets

• Handle incident management, service requests, and defect fixes

• Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions

• Work on configurations, enhancements, and minor releases

• Collaborate with business users for requirements and issue resolution

• Support integrations, reports, and data loads (EIBs)

• Ensure SLA adherence and ticket resolution timelines

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Workday Finance (General Ledger focus)

• Hands-on experience in AMS / production support environment

• Knowledge of:

  • Financial Accounting

  • Business Process Framework

  • Workday Security

• Experience with:

  • EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder)

  • Workday Studio / Integrations (preferred)

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
