We re Hiring: Product Manager ML / Recommendation Systems (Healthcare)
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months

We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong background in machine learning driven products, especially in recommendation engines, next best action frameworks, and feature engineering for ML models. If you enjoy building data-driven products that create meaningful impact in healthcare, this role is for you.
What You ll Do:
Lead product strategy and roadmap for ML-powered solutions
Build and scale recommendation systems and next best action platforms
Partner with data scientists and engineers to define ML features
Translate business needs into data-driven product capabilities
Drive personalization and predictive analytics initiatives
Define KPIs, run experiments, and optimize model performance
Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards (HIPAA, etc.)
What We re Looking For:
5+ years of Product Management experience
Strong experience with ML/AI products (recommendation systems preferred)
Solid understanding of feature engineering and ML lifecycle
Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
Healthcare benefits / insurance domain experience (preferred)
