ConsumerAffairs is seeking a curious, data-driven, and AI-native Associate Growth Marketer to help scale customer acquisition and engagement. This role involves executing growth marketing campaigns across various channels and leveraging AI tools to optimize performance and drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of growth marketing campaigns across channels (paid, email, SEO, social, etc.)
- Assist in planning and launching A/B tests to improve conversion and engagement
- Analyze campaign performance and pull insights to guide next steps
- Help manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, analysis, and experimentation
- Collaborate with content, product, and design teams to bring campaigns to life
- Track key growth metrics and maintain dashboards/reporting
- Research competitors, trends, and new growth opportunities
- Contribute ideas—this role is as much about thinking as it is doing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience (internships, projects, or coursework count)
- Strong analytical mindset—you're comfortable working with data and numbers
- AI-native mindset—you actively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to solve problems, learn, and work more efficiently
- Natural curiosity and willingness to test, learn, and iterate
- Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and move quickly
- Basic familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or marketing platforms is a plus
- Internship or hands-on experience in marketing, startups, or growth roles
- Experience running campaigns (even small ones—school projects count)
- Exposure to paid media platforms, email tools, or SEO basics
- Comfort with data analysis or light technical skills (SQL, dashboards, etc.)
- Demonstrated use of AI to drive better or faster outcomes (projects, internships, personal work)
- A mindset of 'try it and see what happens' vs. waiting for perfect answers
