IT - Cyber Security Architect/Engineer II

Scalence L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven systems to automate complex business processes using Postal tools.

Responsibilities:

• Create, configure, and deploy automated systems combining AI, machine learning, RPA bots, Microsoft Power Tools, Databricks, and Splunk
• Understand and analyze repetitive, time-consuming business processes to determine recommended automation solution using Postal tools
• Write and update code, build custom scripts, integrate AI models into existing infrastructure like Splunk, Databricks, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Power Tools
• Monitor and optimize automation performance, troubleshoot errors, and ensure system scalability
• Work with IT and CISO stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and align automation with organizational goals

Requirements:

• Proficiency in scripting, Python, and (Java, or R)
• Experience with AI/ML libraries, low-code/no-code tools, Microsoft Power Tools, Splunk, Databricks, SharePoint, Okta automation, ServiceNow ticket generation, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and a RPA (Robotic Process Automation) platform
• Ability to analyze large datasets, leveraging multiple tools, to uncover patterns for process optimization
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex data ingestion and parsing issues
• Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and workflow optimization
• Exposure to network security or cybersecurity
• 5+ years' relevant experience
• If the individual's degree is not in the applicable field, then four additional years of related experience is required
• A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is preferred
