Radiant Mobile is a Christian mobile plan with T-Mobile, providing top-tier cybersecurity for families. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving subscriber growth through outreach to church organizations and building partnerships with churches and faith-aligned businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Daily Outreach Execution
- 20 to 40 targeted emails per day
- 10 to 20 calls or voice messages per day
- 10 to 20 direct messages (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Ongoing follow-up with all warm leads
- Church & Ministry Expansion
- Reach out to pastors and church leaders
- Schedule and lead intro calls and presentations
- Launch Radiant within churches (staff, small groups, youth)
- Implement the '12 Referral Model' for organic growth
- Marketplace Partnerships
- Engage Christian business owners, schools, and organizations
- Develop referral and affiliate relationships
- Convert partnerships into subscriber growth channels
- Pipeline & Conversion Management
- Track all outreach and conversations in CRM
- Move leads from first contact → meeting → activation
- Consistently improve response and conversion rates
- KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
- Daily outreach volume and consistency
- Meetings booked per week
- Church and partner relationships established
- Subscribers activated

Requirements:
- U.S.-based with familiarity in church and/or faith-based environments
- Background in church, ministry, sales, or marketing
- Strong communicator (phone, email, in-person)
- Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-up
- Driven, accountable, and mission-aligned
