About this role

Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and go-to-market activities for EMS software solutions.
Support Sales Regional and Territory Managers with sales tools, presentations, and campaign materials.
Help develop and maintain product guides, talking points, and digital content to enable the EMS software portfolio.
Provide day-to-day support to field teams and customers, ensuring responsiveness and high satisfaction.
Assist in aligning messaging and campaigns across ZOLL’s EMS hardware and software portfolios.
Help collect, organize, and share competitive intelligence and customer insights for internal use.
Support training initiatives, including preparing materials and assisting with training sessions for internal stakeholders.
Support trade shows and industry events for EMS software, including planning, coordination, and execution assistance.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline required
2+ years of experience in medical software marketing, medical device or B2B marketing experience
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or marketing automation tools is a plus
Willing to travel up to 20%
