Founding Partnerships Lead

Blossom Health is addressing the mental health epidemic in America through partnerships with psychiatrists to improve access to affordable mental healthcare. The Founding Partnerships Lead will be responsible for managing strategic relationships with payors, health systems, and enterprise organizations to drive growth and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead partnerships at Blossom, building relationships with payors, health systems, physician groups, benefit aggregators, employers, NGOs, universities, and other enterprise-level organizations
• You'll be both establishing new relationships as well as cultivating existing ones
• Lead negotiations on commercial opportunities
• Identify and gain agreement on win-win scenarios
