Press-One Customer Care is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with managing their subscriptions. The role involves answering phone calls, addressing complaints, billing inquiries, and fulfillment issues while ensuring a distraction-free work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Help customers manage their subscriptions
- Answering phone calls from the comfort of your home
- Assisting customers with filing complaints, billing inquiries, and fulfillment issues
Requirements:
- Required availability includes start times as early as 7 AM and ending at 4 PM MDT (8 am - 5 pm CST)
- Reliability, schedule adherence
- Reliable internet connection (A minimum of 50 Mbps download speed)
- PC or Laptop with at least Windows 8 or High Sierra IOS
- USB headset for taking calls
- A dedicated, quiet workspace
- Excellent reading/writing skills
- Ability to work 25+ hours per week, minimum
- Ability to work at least one weekend day per week- weekend shifts are shorter from 7 AM to 12 PM
- Solid PC skills. (data entry, systems navigation, basic troubleshooting, etc.)
- Must live in Wyoming or Kansas
