About this role
Role Overview
You represent a reputable service provider.
You assist customers by phone, email, or mail.
You help customers prepare invoices/billing statements and correct billing.
You answer questions about invoices, process invoice corrections, and initiate dunning suspensions.
You are responsible for sending invoices, billing statements, and meter-reading reports.
You guide customers through creating their billing statements online.
Requirements
Initial professional experience in telephone customer support or motivation for a career change into the role.
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
Good numerical aptitude.
Quick comprehension and the ability to learn quickly.
Basic PC/computer skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers.
Benefits
Permanent employment contract, part-time or full-time (35–39 hours/week).
