Manager, Integration Engineer Management - REMOTE

Net Health is a leading-edge SaaS company in healthcare that helps caregivers harness data for human health. The Manager, Integration Engineer Management will define and execute strategies for seamless integration of healthcare data, leading a team to improve customer workflows and provide timely access to healthcare data.

Responsibilities:

• Supervises team members who perform assigned tasks
• Interacts with other supervisors, other functional areas, management, and outside vendors to complete objectives
• Foster collaboration among key internal stakeholders and customers to promote integrated strategies and solutions that are aligned with product strategy and that best meet customer needs
• Support compliance needs to conform to regulatory requirements related to integrations
• Identify and analyze metrics to measure the quality of integration engineering and to effectively drive quality improvement
• Analyze tools and solutions to accelerate data standardization among core company EHRs
• Work with engineering, architecture, and quality engineering to ensure alignment with efforts to design and engineer integrated solutions that conform to coding standards and best practices
• Support Sales leadership as a subject matter expert, demonstrating the ability to speak clearly and knowledgeably about industry standards and company integration capabilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming or Software Engineering or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience with healthcare integration
• 0-2+ years in a healthcare integration engineering leadership position
• 0-2+ years supervisory experience
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong experience with healthcare integration standards such as HL7, FHIR and CCDA
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements with a proven track record of leading compliant integration efforts
• Extensive experience with a wide variety of data exchanges, including file-based exchanges, TCP/IP, SOAP and REST APIs
• Experience with building custom integrations using an interface engine such as Mirth, Rhapsody, Corepoint
