About this role
Tekgence Inc is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to lead customer journey mapping workshops to identify pain points and future-state solutions. The role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and familiarity with compliance regulations such as HIPAA and HL7 FHIR.
Responsibilities:
- Lead customer journey mapping workshops to surface pain points and future-state
- Hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud experience
- Salesforce OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity) — OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures
- Proficiency in Confluence, JIRA, Miro for documentation and collaboration
- Familiarity with HIPAA, HL7 FHIR, or 21st Century Cures Act compliance
Requirements:
- BSA or functional analyst experience in enterprise SaaS delivery
- Lead customer journey mapping workshops to surface pain points and future-state
- Hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud experience
- Salesforce OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity) — OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures
- Proficiency in Confluence, JIRA, Miro for documentation and collaboration
