RevPilots is seeking a Business Development Manager for their client in the Farm & Agriculture segment. This role focuses on driving growth through new account development, expanding dealer networks, and increasing product penetration in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and win new business across Farm & Ag dealers, distributors, buying groups, and large farms
- Execute outbound prospecting and build pipeline (3–5x quota)
- Includes new product introductions in addition to the existing product portfolio
- Recruit and onboard new dealers and buying groups
- Strengthen existing partner and buying group relationships
- Train dealers on product positioning
- Own assigned territory — primarily USA
- Develop account plans and drive repeat business
- Communicate value proposition (efficiency, reduced waste, durability)
- Provide competitive and market insights to the Marketing team on a regular basis
- Attend relevant trade shows and conduct product demos
- Revenue growth
- Pipeline coverage
- New account acquisition
- CRM accuracy
Requirements:
- 3–7 years B2B sales experience
- Experience in agriculture, industrial tools, or related fields
- Strong prospecting and closing skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Existing dealer network relationships
- Mechanical aptitude
- Business Central ERP experience a strong plus
