Dynamic Nation is a Microsoft Dynamics consulting company seeking an experienced Managed Services Director / Client Success Director to lead and scale their client success and support organization. This senior leadership role focuses on driving client satisfaction, retention, and operational excellence across managed services delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale the managed services and client success function
- Drive client retention, renewals, and long-term account growth
- Establish scalable service delivery processes and operational frameworks
- Track and improve KPIs including SLA performance, CSAT, and client health
- Build strong executive relationships with key client stakeholders
- Run Quarterly Business Reviews and act as escalation point for strategic accounts
Requirements:
- 10+ years in Managed Services, Customer Success, or Service Operations leadership
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics, ERP consulting, or professional services
- Strong operational leadership and executive communication skills
