Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong exposure to AWS-based projects to lead Agile teams in delivering scalable cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure seamless collaboration between development, DevOps, and cloud engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Guide teams in Agile/Scrum best practices and ensure adherence to Agile principles
- Work closely with AWS architects and DevOps teams to support cloud-based solution delivery
- Remove impediments and manage risks to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize product backlog
- Track sprint progress using tools like Jira/Confluence and provide status updates
- Promote continuous improvement and team productivity
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies, especially in AWS integration and cloud migration initiatives
Required Skills
- Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Hands-on experience working on AWS-based projects (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
- Good understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM)
- AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer)
- Experience in cloud migration or digital transformation projects
- Knowledge of SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks
