Position: Senior SAP Scrum Master

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience:
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment
- Experience coaching agile methodologies to the team and stakeholders
- Skills and knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
- Proven ability to promote a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Experience with driving the adoption of Agile methodologies, processes, and tools in a cross-functional organization
- Superior analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with continuous integration/delivery
- Participation in scaled agile frameworks
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SSM, or other scrum certification)
- Language, Communication Skills, & Physical Abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization

1. Utilization of ADO
2. Worked on SAP S/4HANA migration for a company with a similar scope and sizing to American Airlines

SAP S/4 technical or configuration skills

Optimize the flow of value from the generation of ideas to the release:
- Coach your team(s) to create high-value items while eliminating or reducing rework, waste in the process, etc.
- Promote transparency on barriers to change, progress, and remove or seek assistance in addressing impediments and opportunities
- Enable your team(s) to practice Professional Scrum and other frameworks/techniques that drive agility
- Cultivate a habit of continuous learning (from prior increments, retrospectives, etc.), continuous experimentation, and continuous improvement to reach a high-performing state
- Coach your team(s) to understand (the why) and practice new ways of working
- Serve as internal trainers contributing to the learning and development of one or more team(s)
- Coach Product Owners/Managers with techniques for establishing empirical product planning and maintaining a healthy Product Backlog
- Maintain, share, and promote information radiators that enable inspection and adaptation
- Coach teams to self-organize and facilitate events, as necessary
