The Judge Group is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead complex, long‑term strategic initiatives that shape the future of their learning products and operational capabilities. This role focuses on orchestrating program strategy, business alignment, stakeholder engagement, and end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise‑level outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead large‑scale, multi‑year strategic projects from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and long‑term strategy
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, timelines, and success metrics
- Drive cross‑functional coordination across 3+ business areas, ensuring teams remain aligned, informed, and accountable
- Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and interlocks across business and technical workstreams
- Facilitate decision‑making, issue resolution, and executive visibility through structured communication and reporting
- Build strong relationships with leaders in Product Management, Delivery, Curriculum Development, IT, Operations, Finance, HR, and other teams
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensure all stakeholders understand scope, priorities, and expected outcomes
- Lead steering committees, executive updates, and cross‑functional working sessions
- Partner with business owners to define project charters, business cases, and success criteria
- Drive organizational readiness, including process changes, training, communications, and adoption planning
- Ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value and support long‑term organizational growth
- Projects may include, but are not limited to: New or enhanced course development and launches, New or improved education recognition programs, Enterprise‑wide compliance and operational initiatives (e.g., SOC 2 implementation), Data modernization and analytics transformation, New LMS implementation or major learning platform upgrades, Emerging learning technologies (e.g., mixed reality, immersive learning tools), Cross‑functional process improvements and organizational capability building
Requirements:
- 7–10+ years of experience in project or program management, with a strong background in IT‑related environments
- Proven success leading large, complex, multi‑year projects with significant cross‑functional involvement
- Strong understanding of both Agile and traditional project management methodologies
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive‑level presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience with organizational change management and enterprise‑level implementations
