CRM Business Analyst

Brooksource is seeking a CRM Business Analyst responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing complex systems and solutions to meet organizational needs. This role acts as a technical liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring accurate translation of system requirements into functional specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business units to gather and analyze system requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Design and document system architecture, workflows, and data models for new and existing applications
• Lead system integration efforts and coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless implementation
• Conduct impact analysis and feasibility studies for proposed system changes and enhancements
• Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and developers
• Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with IT standards and policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, application design, or technical project management
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system integration methodologies
• Proficiency in modeling tools, data analysis, and technical documentation
• Master's degree in a related field
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, or cloud-based systems
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or TOGAF
