About this role
Lemio is a technology company focused on combating smartphone addiction through its iOS Screen Time Control App. They are seeking a Product Manager to enhance user retention and improve key performance indicators through various initiatives, including user interviews and marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Improve LTV per download. (e.g. through paywall testing)
- Improve trial start rate
- Coordinate a PR & Marketing campaign together with our Marketing team
- Developing a BI system for analysing user behavior to support retention
- Use Claude Code and other AI tools to automate tasks and workflows
- User interviews to support the ideation for the future of our product
Requirements:
- always wanted to become the Head of Product of a tech startup
- are excited about mental health and healthy lifestyle in general
- are passionate about users and KPIs. (if you don't love to do 10 user calls every week, don't apply!!!)
- have between 3-5 years of work experience
