The Penso Agency is actively hiring individuals to support clients who have already requested life and health insurance information. This role involves responding to inbound client inquiries, conducting virtual consultations, and presenting tailored coverage solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound client inquiries
• Conduct virtual consultations

• Follow up and close business
• Participate in training and team development

Requirements:

• Sales experience preferred (commission background is a plus)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Comfortable in a performance-based environment
