They are seeking a Director, Deal Maker - US Strategic Sales who will lead complex deals from qualification to closure, collaborating with internal stakeholders to create compelling propositions and driving contract negotiations for profitable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead deals from qualification to closure for complex, multi-tower multi-million deals
- Shape opportunities and pave the way for groundbreaking negotiations with top-level executives, including CxOs
- Demonstrate expertise in determining pricing and commercial strategies, leveraging insights from the pricing experts team
- Create Kyndryl's unique and compelling propositions tailored to meet market demands and customer requirements
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather necessary documents and technical solutions for bid submissions
- Define winning propositions and lead the end-to-end response for complex deals
- Compile, refine, and own final proposal documents, presenting technical content and designs professionally and concisely
- Establish a robust reporting and governance process to monitor the success of deals
- Standardize pitches across a diverse portfolio of industries
- Create differentiated propositions aligned with market requirements
Requirements:
- Possesses high level of industry-specific solution expertise and demonstrates expertise in sales techniques
- Proven experience in conceptualizing and executing bid activities and deals
- 10+ years of experience in leading customer negotiations
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
- Sales experience in technical solutions
