Oracle is a leading company in AI and cloud solutions that impact billions of lives. In this role, you will oversee multiple concurrent migration efforts for a federal client, managing schedules and ensuring coordination across teams for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure migration projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide project management support across multiple federal OCI migration projects
- Manage and oversee OCI project plans and schedules, identifying and resolving program conflicts
- Assist with OCI contract processes, proactively identifying and escalating roadblocks
- Support personnel onboarding efforts and address team member questions or issues
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for leadership
- Identify, track, and escalate risks and issues, particularly those impacting project schedules
- Serve as a liaison across internal organizations—including hosting, product, engineering, testing, consulting, cutover, and change management—to ensure timely communication and effective collaboration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with teams and clients
- Ability to travel as required (up to 25%)
- U.S. citizenship (per client contract requirements)
- Eligible for appropriate government security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Technology, or a related field
- Product or technical expertise relevant to OCI, cloud architecture, or Healthcare IT
