Sr. Data Platform Software Engineer (Starburst Enterprise & Trino)

Entegee is a leading company in IT and Engineering Workforce Solutions, and they are seeking a Sr. Data Platform Software Engineer with expertise in Starburst Enterprise and Trino. The role involves working on a 12-18 month project that requires strong experience in data platform query engines, Linux, and DevOps tools.

Responsibilities:

• MUST have BOTH Data Platform query engine tools: Starburst Enterprise & Trino
• Linux (RHEL or RedHatu) DevSecOps/DevOps & CI/CD tools
• Kubernetes containerization
• OOP Python coding & automation scripting

Requirements:

• 4-6+ years experience with BOTH Starburst Enterprise & Trino query engines
• U.S. Citizenship to work for the U.S. Aerospace DoD
• At least 4+ years experience with Data Platform query engine tools: Starburst Enterprise & Trino
• Linux (RHEL or RedHat) DevSecOps/DevOps & CI/CD tools
• Kubernetes containerization
• OOP Python coding & automation scripting
• Any certifications in: Data Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, etc
• Any industry experience in Aerospace, DoD, Avionics, Gov't
