They are seeking a Senior Learning & Development Manager to design and implement onboarding and continuous learning initiatives that cater to both technical and non-technical teams, ensuring deep technical excellence while fostering growth within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome new employees by designing onboarding programs that help people hit the ground running—learning our products, tools, and culture quickly
- Work across teams (Engineering, Product, HR, and more) to figure out what skills people need and build training programs to fill those gaps
- Build learning content in a variety of formats—videos, workshops, written guides—tailored to different audiences and learning styles
- Keep our learning tools running smoothly, including our learning platform, documentation, and any assessment tools we use
- Help people grow their careers by building clear frameworks that show what skills are needed at each level and how to get there
- Bring people together through live training sessions and team learning communities
