Job Title: Workday HCM Developer

Job Description:

8+years experienced Workday HCM Developer to deliver Workday Extend applications and integrations in the Performance Management and Recruiting spaces.
Hands-on engineering role requires someone who has built Workday solutions and can translate functional requirements into effective technical implementations.
Design and implement Workday Studio integrations supporting recruiting and talent acquisition workflows
Partner with analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop technical solutions
Participate in design discussions and contribute to solution design decisions
Support testing and troubleshooting throughout implementation

Required Skills:

8+ years of hands-on Workday development experience
Solid experience with Workday Extend (custom applications, API integrations)
Strong experience with Workday Studio integrations
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
