Provides technical leadership in MES deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
Monitors and improves system performance, reliability, and availability.
Ensures strict compliance with GDP (Good Documentation Practices) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Develops and maintains SOPs, documentation, and MES best practices.
Conducts system audits, assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Troubleshoots complex MES issues and ensures quick resolution.
Delivers end-user training and operational support to enhance system adoption.
Ensures data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance within MES systems.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners.
Leads system upgrades, enhancements, and cost optimization initiatives.
