The Quality Assurance Automation Engineer role involves designing and maintaining AI-powered test automation frameworks, leveraging GenAI to improve testing processes, and ensuring high-quality software releases with minimal defects.

Responsibilities:

• Design and sustain AI-powered test automation frameworks that produce test cases, automation scripts, and test data to enable thorough validation
• Apply GenAI technologies to evaluate test results, detect defect patterns, and deliver actionable recommendations for ongoing enhancement
• Replicate user interactions, load scenarios, and boundary conditions to expose potential defects prior to user impact
• Leverage AI and automation technologies to accelerate product release cycles and minimize product defects

Requirements:

• AI-First Mindset (if your instinct is to write code first and then use AI tools to verify or enhance your code, rather than the other way around, then please do not apply)
• At least 2 years of experience in a QA automation role, including experience testing AI products
• Proficiency in Selenium and one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript
• Professional experience using AI tools to automate QA workflows
• Familiarity with CI/CD platforms, such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• Experience leading teams of QA testers
