Responsibilities:
- Deep hands-on experience with telecom messaging platforms (SMS, MMS, RCS)
- Strong expertise in SMPP, messaging gateways, and carrier integrations
- Proven ability to design, scale, and operate high availability messaging systems
- Solid understanding of global carrier ecosystems, routing, and delivery receipts
- Strong troubleshooting skills across telecom protocols and production systems
- Experience leading technical design decisions and mentoring engineers
