NTT DATA is a leading business and technology services provider, and they are seeking a Project Program Management Specialist to support the Service Delivery Branch. The role involves coordinating various projects, ensuring effective communication with teams and customers, and managing project documentation and milestones.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects end‑to‑end including hardware, internal teams, and customer tasks relating to assigned work. Ensure that all aspects are covered, including scheduling, asset tracking, logistics, and on‑site support planning
- Support new site deployments by organizing timelines, resources, vendor activities, and technical requirements
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with cross‑functional teams such as IT, networking, facilities, procurement, asset management, and field technicians
- Coordinate with Asset Management to facilitate hardware shipments, inventory updates, and equipment returns
- Assist with site readiness assessments, including power, network, and physical layout requirements
- Support change management activities, ensuring users are informed and prepared for upcoming refreshes or site go‑lives
- Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure on‑time delivery
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, schedules, and deployment checklists
- Provide weekly updates to the Service Delivery Owner
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Document risks and issues and ensure the Service Delivery Owner is informed
- Build strong, trust‑based relationships by providing consistent updates, listening to customer needs, and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded
- Facilitate meetings, gather requirements, and translate customer feedback into actionable tasks for technical teams
- Manage escalations with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience coordinating IT, hardware, or infrastructure‑related projects
- Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent project coordination experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport
- Familiarity with hardware lifecycle management, site deployment processes, or IT field operations is a plus
- Proficiency with project tracking tools and documentation platforms
