Sr. Technical Project Manager

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives, manage high-impact projects, and collaborate with senior leaders to align project goals with business objectives, enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic initiatives that drive the mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer
• Manage multiple high-impact projects spanning business transformation, process optimization, and organizational change across divisions
• Partner with senior leaders to translate strategic vision into executable plans while guiding cross-functional teams to successful delivery
• Establish project governance, support accountability, and ensure alignment with business objectives through clear communication and robust project management practices

Requirements:

• Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in project/program management leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with budgets exceeding $3M
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and best practices
• Strong proficiency with project management tools and software (MS Project, PPM Pro, etc.)
• Advanced skills in stakeholder management and senior-level communications
• Experience leading organizational change management and business transformation initiatives
• Proven ability to collaborate and guide teams in matrix organizations
• Excellence in risk management, issue resolution, and status reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PPI)
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 50%, based on project needs
• Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Engineering, Science, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) a plus
• Project management experience across multiple regions preferred
• Experience in life sciences, manufacturing, or related industries preferred
