In this role, you will operationalize a supply chain reporting and analytics function, delivering executive-level dashboards and insights while collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end operational and KPI reporting, including metric definition, instrumentation, refresh cadence, and executive narratives
- Develop and maintain metrics reflecting supply, demand, and operational performance across workstreams
- Produce recurring reporting packages (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) with clear storylines, insights, and decision points
- Perform data analysis to support leadership decisions, including trend analysis, drivers, risks, and scenario comparisons
- Establish and maintain standardized metric definitions to ensure consistency, trust, and alignment across reporting
- Design how data flows across planning, sourcing, and operational systems into a unified reporting layer
- Structure and manage the data backbone, including entities, hierarchies, mappings, and standards that enable cross-tool reporting
- Integrate multiple reporting sources into consolidated, scalable models, reducing manual data reconciliation
- Define and enforce data quality controls, including completeness, consistency, lineage, and reconciliation
- Enable 'dashboard as the aggregator' patterns, allowing leaders to move seamlessly from high-level insights to underlying data
- Normalize and reconcile inconsistent hierarchies, rollups, and parent/child relationships using translation and mapping logic
- Design and build scalable Power BI solutions, including datasets, semantic models, measures, and reusable reporting components
- Apply best practices for tabular data modeling, metric calculations, and dashboard design
- Optimize report performance and reliability through efficient model design, refresh strategies, and query optimization
- Partner with stakeholders to translate ambiguous business questions into durable, scalable metrics and dashboards
- Partner closely with planning, operations, sourcing, and strategy stakeholders
- Act as connective tissue across teams to align on operational taxonomy, hierarchies, and reporting rollups
- Influence decision-making through clear data storytelling and trusted, actionable insights
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience delivering operational and performance insights that drive leadership decisions
- Strong capability designing data models and reporting layers across multiple systems and tools
- Proven ability to define KPIs, analyze trends, and translate findings into leadership-ready narratives
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and data storytelling skills
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience with: MS-SQL, Kusto, and Power BI
- Advanced Excel or Python for data analysis
- Project or process management, including tracking, reporting, and cross-functional coordination
- Experience working in fast-paced or high-change environments
- Experience integrating multiple operational systems into unified reporting views
- Familiarity with semantic modeling, advanced calculations, and reporting optimization in Power BI
- Working knowledge of data governance, quality controls, and multi-source analytics architectures
- Examples of building dashboards, operational reporting frameworks, or data ecosystems end-to-end
