Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager to support delivery of a federal program focused on advancing AI skills in Registered Apprenticeships. This role will manage day-to-day execution, deliverables, reporting, and coordination across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, work plans, and deliverables
- Track progress, risks, and dependencies across program activities
- Coordinate with SMEs, analysts, and stakeholders
- Support preparation of reports, briefings, and deliverables for federal leadership
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and timelines
- Monitor budgets, staffing, and performance metrics
- Support communication between program leadership and delivery teams
Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
- Bachelor s degree
- 8+ years of relevant experience (or 10+ years without degree)
- Experience managing federal or large-scale programs/projects
- Strong organizational and project tracking skills
- Experience preparing reports and deliverables
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience with workforce development or apprenticeship programs
- Familiarity with federal reporting processes and tools
- Experience supporting AI or technology programs
