Job Summary:
Lead cross-functional programs focused on pricing strategy, cost optimization, and revenue growth, ensuring alignment with business and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end programs related to pricing, costing, and revenue initiatives
- Define and implement pricing frameworks, discount models, and governance
- Oversee cost planning, budgeting, and margin improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with product, finance, sales, and engineering teams
- Drive financial modeling, forecasting, and business case development
- Track program KPIs such as revenue, profitability, and cost efficiency
- Ensure timely delivery of programs with stakeholder alignment
Requirements:
- 8+ years in Program Management / Pricing / Financial Strategy
- Strong experience in pricing, costing, and financial analysis
- Experience managing cross-functional, large-scale programs
- Knowledge of Agile, Jira, and financial tools
