Sr. Scrum Master

Location: Buffalo, NY (Hybrid 4x) Local preferred or EST candidates only

Duration: 8+ Months

MOI: Skype + F2F

Must have LinkedIn I d w/ Photo

Must have Banking and Financial domain exp.

MUST have DBX Digital Banking exp.!!!!

Skill Set 1: Strong Leadership & Stakeholder Influence
Skill Set 2: Proactively Manages cross team and cross ART dependencies
Skill Set 3: Efficient in Agile knowledge, Jira, and JQL
Critical Program managing most critical value streams
Not entry-level at least 5-6 yrs. min. as a hands-on Scrum Master (candidates with a mix of Scrum Master & Project Manager exp. would be fine)
Building new platform
Will talk to upstream & downstream leaders regularly
Must have hands on exp. as a Scrum Master & Kira
Someone who quickly understands what the product is about & the value stream
Deliver on time
No excuses acceptable critical program
High profile / fast paced / very critical / know what s going on in program/product
Will coach others but must also be hands on in fast paced environment
Must have go getter personality, ownership & being accountable for the team
Scheduled to run through mid-December + extension
Banking/Financial good to have
Aptitude to learn
Hands on exp. as a Scrum Master in Agile environment / Expert in Jira
Must communicate well / smart / knowledgeable

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Bachelor s degree and a minimum of 5 years experience as a member of an agile team, including a minimum of 5 years Scrum Master experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 5 years higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 8 years experience as a member of an agile team, including a minimum of 5 years Scrum Master experience.
Prior experience fostering team self-organization and continuous improvement.
Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles and practices.
Experience developing/managing digital capabilities.
Understanding of Design Thinking principles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience leading through influence.
