Job Title: Recruiter

- Have hands-on outbound sourcing experience Can manage 12 15 reqs across multiple teams
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers (not just order-takers)
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments Strong stakeholder management (Hiring Managers, HRBP, Comp)
- Proven ability to: Build pipeline Move roles quickly (< 60 days time-to-fill target)
- Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter (required) Screen Before Submitting
- Has owned full-cycle recruiting (end-to-end)
- Has sourced their own candidates (non-negotiable)
- Comfortable with high req load + fast timelines
- Process Hiring Manager interview Panel interview (TA leadership)
