Requirements

10 or more years of experience in enterprise project management and technology modernization.
Proficiency in hybrid Agile methodologies and Agile event facilitation.
Experience in large-scale application migration and systems integration projects.
Experience with Microsoft Planner Premium, JIRA, and M365 tracking tools.
Experience with PMP and Agile certifications such as PMI-ACP, SAFe, or DASM.
Experience in government procurement policies, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Direct complex application migration and modernization initiatives across multiple business domains.
Lead Agile events including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Develop and deliver strategic executive-level updates and portfolio presentations.
Facilitate collaboration between technical delivery teams, product owners, and business leaders.
Manage project lifecycles to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and defined timelines.
Oversee compliance with fiscal regulations, state policies, and contractual obligations.
Mentor junior project managers and staff to enhance organizational delivery excellence.
