About this role
We are seeking a strategic PMP Certified Project manager to drive coordination, process improvement, and high-impact execution for a major state program.
Position Logistics
- Location: 4430 Broad River Road, Columbia, SC.
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 3 days in office/week).
- Interview Process: 1-Round Virtual/Online.
- Residency Requirement: Must be a South Carolina resident. (No relocation offered).
The Role
This Position focuses on streamlining enterprise-level projects by bridging the gap between functional teams and senior leadership. You will be responsible for building repeatable processes, managing cross-project activities, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
What You Bring (Must-Have Skills)
- Deep PM Expertise: 8+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex projects.
- Strategic Planning: Advanced skills in schedule management, resource planning, and risk mitigation.
- Process Improvement: Ability to identify, map, and re-engineer business processes.
- Communication: Proven ability to deliver technical updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Compliance: Experience overseeing regulatory compliance projects.
- Tools: Expert knowledge of Project Management methodologies and collaboration software (e.g., SharePoint).
