Responsibilities:
- You become the go-to partner for sales, someone they trust, rely on, and want in every planning conversation
- You create thoughtful, high-quality experiences (events, dinners, customer moments) that feel personal
- You help turn big ideas into simple, repeatable programs that drive real pipeline
- You bring focus and clarity to territory marketing, aligning efforts to the accounts and regions that matter most
- You use Salesforce and data to connect the dots between marketing activities and revenue impact
- You help us show up in the market in a way that feels authentic, helpful, and distinctly Fleetio
- You test, learn, and improve, building a field marketing motion that gets better every quarter
- You find creative ways to break through the noise without overcomplicating things
- You help us build stronger relationships with customers and prospects, not just leads, but real people
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally with a strong field or demand gen focus
- A track record of working closely with sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue
- Experience planning and executing events, campaigns, and account-based programs
- Comfort working in Salesforce and using data to guide decisions
- Ability to own programs end-to-end—from idea to execution to measuring impact
- A mindset that balances creativity with practicality (you know what's worth doing—and what's not)
- Willingness to travel ~30–40% to spend time in the field with customers and sales
