Aisle & Abroad is seeking motivated and service-oriented individuals to join their team as Travel Customer Service Representatives. This fully remote position focuses on assisting clients with travel inquiries, reservation support, and coordinating vacation details, providing comprehensive training and ongoing support for new hires.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries regarding travel options and reservations
• Assist with booking and confirming flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
• Review travel details for accuracy, including dates, traveler information, and accommodations
• Provide clear communication before, during, and after travel
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Deliver professional and timely customer support
