This fully remote position focuses on assisting clients with travel inquiries, reservation support, and coordinating vacation details, providing comprehensive training and ongoing support for new hires.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries regarding travel options and reservations
- Assist with booking and confirming flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
- Review travel details for accuracy, including dates, traveler information, and accommodations
- Provide clear communication before, during, and after travel
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Deliver professional and timely customer support
