Bayforce is seeking a Platform Operations & Integration Engineer to join their Technology & Architecture Team for Connected Services. This role is responsible for ensuring the operational stability, scalability, and integration of Connected Services platforms, focusing on technical operations and user-facing digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure operational stability, scalability, and integration of Connected Services platforms
- Work on daily technical operations of the Connected Services platform including infrastructure monitoring, hardware logistics, and installation support
- Own the delivery and performance of front-end systems such as APIs, portals, and customer-facing interfaces
- Ensure seamless interoperability between internal systems, third-party platforms, and customer-facing applications
- Work closely with AI/ML, IT, Product Engineering, and Marketing teams to align platform capabilities with business goals
Requirements:
- 3-5 years hands-on experience with technical operations including infrastructure uptime, system health monitoring, and incident response
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)
- Ability to ensure seamless interoperability between internal systems, third-party platforms, and customer-facing applications
- Ability to work closely with AI/ML, IT, Product Engineering, and Marketing teams to align platform capabilities with business goals
