Collabrios Health is a fast-growing healthcare SaaS company delivering software solutions that unify the care journey. They are seeking a Head of Marketing & Product Marketing to lead marketing strategy, product marketing, and demand generation while leveraging AI to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Own the company’s integrated marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, lifecycle, content, and product marketing
- Lead product marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, launch planning, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement for healthcare buyers
- Lead launches for new products, features, and market expansions
- Build and optimize AI-enabled campaigns for audience segmentation, personalization, predictive lead scoring, content optimization, and conversion improvement
- Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to align go-to-market strategy and support adoption, retention, and expansion
- Develop messaging that resonates with healthcare decision-makers, including clinical, operational, financial, and executive stakeholders
- Oversee performance marketing, SEO, content, webinars, events, email, and marketing automation
- Establish marketing analytics frameworks and KPIs to measure pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and product adoption
- Lead and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Contribute directly to key initiatives as needed, supporting execution alongside the team
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
- Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within healthcare technology or other regulated industries
- Strong background in product marketing, including positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, and competitive positioning
- Demonstrated experience applying AI in marketing workflows, including generative AI, predictive analytics, segmentation, and automation
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing metrics, funnel optimization, and revenue impact
- Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and strong cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to operate effectively in environments with evolving priorities, limited resources, and high expectations
- Experience in early-stage or growth-stage companies
- Experience marketing to healthcare providers, health systems, payers, or healthcare administrators
- Familiarity with healthcare buying cycles, compliance considerations, and multi-stakeholder decision-making
- Experience with marketing technology stacks, including CRM, marketing automation, CDP, attribution, and analytics tools
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
