About this role
Dexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide. They are seeking a hands-on AI Developer who can rapidly prototype, validate, and scale AI solutions, working closely with product leaders and engineers to drive LLM/GenAI solutions from PoC to production.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy AI/ML tools and systems
- Rapidly iterate on PoCs with product stakeholders
- Champion AI engineering best practices and code quality standards
Requirements:
- 6+ years Python development
- 3-4+ years AI/ML project experience with a focus on production delivery
- Strong ML fundamentals with practical GenAI experience (RAG, fine-tuning, vector stores, agentic frameworks)
- Data-driven, inquisitive, and an excellent communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable owning both experimentation and productization
- Design, build, and deploy AI/ML tools and systems
- Rapidly iterate on PoCs with product stakeholders
- Champion AI engineering best practices and code quality standards
- Python (advanced, 6+ years) - APIs, pipelines, AI orchestration
- LLMs - prompting patterns, structured outputs, RAG architecture, vector search, hallucination mitigation, safety/guardrails
- Agentic & MCP - multi-agent workflows (planner/executor/reviewer), MCP server design, A2A patterns
- Data - SQL/SQL Server, data access pattern design
- Cloud - MS Azure / MS Fabric preferred
- Observability - logging, tracing, prompt monitoring, drift detection (e.g., Datadog)
- Tooling - GitHub Copilot, Git
