CCS Global Tech is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee project execution in a remote environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with experience managing government or federal projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project goals are met
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, security policies, and project requirements
- Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders
- Manage project scope and handle change requests effectively
Requirements:
- Active Public Trust Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Experience managing federal/government projects
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence)
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- Experience working in fully remote/distributed teams
- Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA)
- Background in IT, software development, or cybersecurity projects
